The COVID-19 amplified the urgency to transform businesses to be more agile and resilient. Indeed, upending traditional businesses e.g. retail industries, medical industries, shifting consumption and human behaviours, and accelerating digital transformation.In 2020, The Hong Kong SAR Government released the Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong 2.0 (Blueprint 2.0) with more than 130 smart city initiatives.The development of Smart Living under smart cities is not just about smart tools to solve operational problems and the goal to make the cities and human settlements inclusive, green, safe, resilient, and sustainable.
